Notre Dame Cathedral

One of my favorite visits in the city.  We got there early so we could make it up to the towers without waiting in a huge line (starting to see a common theme here with standing in long lines).  The view was great.

My favorite carnivore (the one in the foreground, not the background)

I think this one is a vegetarian

I asked the lady at the top about the names of the bells and she pointed out Emmanuel (the oldest and largest, weighing 13 tons, with a clapper weighing 500 kilos), and Marie (slightly smaller, but much newer - 2013).

The view of the cathedral was a bit obscured by a giant temporary white tent.  When the group explored it, they discovered some kind of a cooking contest and the goods that were produced were for sale.  It was a fabulous and quick lunch after we explored the cathedral.
