Adding a new mode of transportation

The group has been on a lot of different modes of transportation, but the train trip between Amsterdam and Copenhagen added a new one to our list...ferry boat!  The crossing between Germany and Denmark is by ferry.  The train, along with a lot of cars and commercial trucks, drives onto the ferry for the 45 minute crossing.  All the passengers are required to get out and go above during the crossing.  We opted to stay out on deck since it was so beautiful.

Looking out the train window as we pulled on board the ferry.
Looking down the length of the train onboard the ferry.
It was a beautiful sunny day and we could see a huge line of wind turbines out on the horizon.  I've read that many of these are actually based in the water, not on land.
John made good friends with the seagulls by tossing them bread scraps from his lunch.  They glided along with us with seemingly no effort and snatched the bread out of the air with amazing ease.
