Luck runs out - kinda

We've had a run of good luck with our hostels on this trip, with each one getting better than the last.  But in Copenhagen our luck ran out.  I purposefully put the group in all triple rooms instead of quads and sixes so people would have a little more personal space at the end of the trip when people are tired and grumpy.  I also made sure that the room was 'en suite' with a toilet and shower in the room so we wouldn't have to stand in line for the communal showers down the hall.  However, I did not count on the reality that a triple room is about 6 feet wide and the length of 1 bed.

The bathroom is a unique design in efficiency, with the mini sink and toilet squeezed into a telephone booth sized room, and look closely at the ceiling - yes, there is even a shower head that will run instead of the sink if you pull the stopper on the sink.  The whole room becomes a shower stall.  I was skeptical it was going to work well, but it was actually ok.  The toilet lid allowed the water to drain off the toilet and the toilet paper was in a water tight cover as well.  We lucked out an got a big floor fan in our room, so we just turn that into the bathroom when we are done and it dries pretty quickly.

I still feel pretty claustrophobic in the room, but at least it is clean.  The wifi is ok, but logging in is a challenge.  Breakfast was expensive (65 crowns, about $10) for a buffet with meats and cheeses, but they were tasty.
