Our hotel is a discount hotel and is just fine for the group. The evening guy at the front desk was top rate in getting us settled the first night. Very helpful. The hotel is just a few blocks from the train station along with probably 30 others in a 1/2 mile radius. Thankfully our rooms are on the 1st floor (meaning 2nd floor by American way of counting) and not the 5th floor! No elevators here.
Delaney and I are sharing a quad with two of the girls. No extra room to spare.

There was a farmers fruit market on the street just outside our window this morning (and you can see the traffic jam with delivery vans for the businesses on the street as well.)
