Free Afternoon Part 2

After the cemetary, I took the boat-bus to a stop not far from another church in a kind of remove neighborhood.  This was not a tourist district, but a real place where people lived and worked.  I found the next church and soaked in the quiet for a little while, then headed out again for the park area along the water front.

Found this play area in one of the main park areas.  Looked like fun for kids under 10 or so.

Saw these boys playing ping pong and arguing about the score - some things are the same where ever you go.

Saw this little tyke scootering along at an impressive speed even though the scooter is almost taller than him!  So cute!
If you look closely, behind the lady with the dog at the trash can (always a great picture), you see a woman using a little scooter for a different purpose - wheeling her groceries home : )

Happened to spot this swing set (look closely) on a roof top.  There are not many private spaces for kids to play outside, public parks and squares are the norm.  We saw lots of kids playing ball in the various squares we passed through.
