Hotel room = paradise

Our hotel room was quite a delight, especially after traveling for 48 hrs (without our luggage).  The room was large and clean and very tastefully decorated.  Most important the bed was comfy. 

As you can see, the bathroom has a large window that looks directly into the shower from the bedroom.  It had a venetian blind you could draw if you wanted to.  A lovely rain showerhead from the ceiling.  The lighting was really something else.  We had at least 10 different switches in the room that lit various parts of the suite - over the desk, under the desk, bedside reading lights, lights by the windows, etc.  It was a bit of a challenge to get them all turned off for bed.
