Near the cemetery was the church Nuestra Senora del Pilar. It is a historic building and was open to explore a bit beyond the main nave. We went into part of the cloister area to see a small museum.
This area accessed the pulpit in the sanctuary (see below).
This figure of Jesus was simliar to the one we saw in the Metropolitan Cathedral. It seems to be a common feature in many older churches here.
