Victoria Harbor at Night

Met up with my friend Marc and his wife Julie who had arrived via Beijing.  We tried to take an hour long city cruise of the harbor only to discover the ticket both closed an hour before the tour left, so we just missed getting tickets.  Instead we decide to just by regular ferry tickets and go across the harbor and back.  Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
There were lots of boats in the harbor, including a large cruise ship that was sailing in under its ownn power (no tugs).  I found that surprising (this is not the cruise ship below)
Skyline was magnificent!  The lights reflecting on the water were very pretty, and the clouds were low as well, reflecting a lot of ambient city light.  I'm told that HK is the Times Square of China.  I have to say my impression is that it is a bit classier looking that Times Square.
Its probably too hard to read, but the light board in the center is an add for Porche cars.  The rest of the lights were not nearly as blatant in terms of advertising.

This entire building was covered in LED lights that kept changing patterns.  Very cool to watch.

Lots of double decker buses around.

I found this singer in the subway kind of funny.  He had his boom box and mic, but also a very lit up brief case to collect donations (bottom left).
