"Heeland Coos"

Highland cows became a running joke in our travels.   The Randles purchased a stuffed one early one to help with our navigations (ha,ha).  We decided to name her Thistle McCoo.  We didn’t see a lot of these long haired cows, but every time we did we got a little excited.  Apparently they are one of the oldest bred animals in Great Britain, but are not as popular these days as Angus cattle (not sure if that is because of taste or some other reason).  When we passed a place where you could actually feed and pet the “coos”, Scott had to stop!  I think he used up all the memory on his camera taking pictures.
